Foods:

1. Blueberries: Lower risk of heart attack. Aim for 1/2 cup, 3x/week.

2. Cruciferous Vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, kale – contain sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant.

3. Cocoa & Dark Chocolate: Boosts nitric oxide for blood flow. Dark chocolate preferred (50-90% cocoa).

Drinks:

1. Coffee: Polyphenols fight oxidative stress/inflammation. 2-3 cups daily linked to lower heart disease rates.
